Leadership Team
Andrew Yang
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Yang is the Chief Executive Officer of Potomac Labs. He is a veteran of both the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and brings global business experience and leadership skills to the team. Mr. Yang is responsible for defining corporate strategy and directing overall key growth initiatives.
Mr. Yang began his career at Merck & Co. in Market Development and later joined Genzyme Corporation as the Asia-Pacific commercial liaison, responsible for global marketing, product launches, and country sales based in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Potomac Labs, he led global vaccine launch initiatives for AstraZeneca’s MedImmune subsidiary.
Mr. Yang received his M.B.A. from Georgetown University and an A.B. from Cornell University.
Vic Wadhwa
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer
Vic Wadhwa serves as both the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer for Potomac Labs. In these roles, he is responsible for the company’s financial and logistical operations, including financial strategy, asset planning, risk management and national operations.
Prior to joining Potomac Labs, Mr. Wadhwa served as a Team Lead in the accounting division at Wakeferen Food Cooperation and as a Supervisory Accountant at AIG.
Mr. Wadhwa holds an M.S. from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Kean University.
Charles Ciullo - CSPDT, CSPDS
Director of Sterile Processing
Charles J. Ciullo, CSPDT, CSPDS, is a 25-year veteran in sterile processing and serves as the Director of Sterile Processing for Potomac Labs. His years of practice experience include holding the positions of Lead Technician, Operating Room Liaison, and Sterile Processing Supervisor. Mr. Ciullo has trained and supervised central sterile technicians in a wide array of environments, including large Level 1 trauma hospitals, regional medical centers and ambulatory surgical centers. His leadership experiences also include directing the set up of multiple ambulatory surgical centers for initial and subsequent New Jersey state inspections.
Mr. Ciullo’s chief responsibilities at Potomac Labs include consulting with sterile processing departments to optimize cleaning efficacy in their decontamination areas, training sales consultants, and educating hospital and medical center staff on the latest sterile processing techniques and regulations. He is recognized as a national speaker and regularly shares his technical knowledge at society meetings.

We have selected Borer Chemie AG of Switzerland to provide our customers with their deconex™ line of cleaning products, known worldwide for quality, versatility, and powerful cleaning.
Borer has been researching, developing, and producing instrument processing products for over 45 years. All deconex™ cleaning products have been subjected to rigorous testing to ensure the highest level of performance, effectiveness, and material compatibility. Borer is also known for imposing detailed international standards of quality management on their products – including health, safety, and environmental protection. Potomac Labs is the sole distributor of Borer medical products in the United States.
